Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions (T&C) for orders placed via www.puritee.ch

Below we set out the Terms and Conditions on which we process and fulfil your purchase. We offer homemade products for sale at https://www.puritee.ch.

  1. CONTRACT FORMATION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

1.1 Contracts via https://www.puritee.ch are concluded exclusively in German and English. When ordering PuriTee products, your contracting party is PuriTee, proprietor Martin Cerny, Rheinstrasse 39, 7320 Sargans, Switzerland.

1.2 By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is submitted. A binding contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation.

1.3 Please note that, in exceptional cases, we are not obliged to deliver the goods ordered if we placed a proper order for the goods ourselves but were not supplied correctly or on time. This applies provided that we are not responsible for the lack of availability and have informed you of this without delay. If the goods subsequently become unavailable, we will refund any payments you have already made.

1.4 We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods (procurement risk). This also applies to orders for goods described only by their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are obliged to deliver only from our stock and from goods ordered from our suppliers. We deliver our products to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Where deadlines are stated in working days, these mean Monday through Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.

1.5 Delivery generally takes 2–5 working days. If delays occur in exceptional cases, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

  1. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

2.1 The prices shown in the offer at the time the order is placed apply. The prices stated are final prices.

2.2 Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs CHF 6.50. Orders of CHF 60.– or more are shipped free of charge.

  1. PAYMENT

3.1 We generally offer payment by credit card, invoice, PayPal and TWINT. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer you to other payment methods. You are responsible for any transaction fees.

3.2 For purchases by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when we dispatch the order.

3.3 You agree to receive invoices, credit notes and payment reminders electronically.

  1. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION

4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased and that we issue as part of promotional campaigns for a specified period of validity.

4.2 Promotional vouchers may be redeemed only during the stated period and only once in a single order. Individual products may be excluded from the promotion. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that promotional vouchers may be subject to a minimum order value.

4.3 The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any difference for goods of a higher value may be paid using the available payment methods. Promotional vouchers are not paid out in cash and do not earn interest. A promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.

4.4 Promotional vouchers may be redeemed only before the order process is completed. They cannot be applied retrospectively. Promotional vouchers may not be transferred to third parties. Several promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless we have agreed otherwise.

4.5 If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you retain if, as a result of your cancellation, the total order value falls below the applicable value of the promotional voucher.

  1. GIFT VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION

5.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. They may be redeemed only for PuriTee products and not for additional gift vouchers. If the balance of a gift voucher is insufficient for an order, the difference may be paid using the available payment methods.

5.2 Gift vouchers and balances may be redeemed only before the order process is completed. Gift voucher balances are not paid out in cash and do not earn interest.

  1. RETURNS AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

PuriTee products are not subject to a general right of return. Because they are food products, opened products cannot be taken back or resold for hygiene reasons. Irrespective of this, our unconditional money-back guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied with a blend, please contact us at info@puritee.ch. We will refund the purchase price of the blend concerned; you do not need to return an opened product.

  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have questions about an order, please contact PuriTee using the contact details provided at www.puritee.ch.

Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. You can prevent this by changing your browser settings. You can delete cookies stored on your computer at any time by deleting temporary internet files. Disabling cookies may mean that you cannot use all functions of our website.

8.7 Plug-ins

8.7.1 Facebook plug-ins

Our website may include plug-ins from the Facebook social network. You can identify Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo, the “Like” button or the “Share” button on our pages. When you visit our pages, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and Facebook’s server. The plug-in content is transmitted directly by Facebook to your browser and integrated into the website. Facebook thereby receives the information that your IP address visited our page, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in to Facebook. This information may be transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. If you click Facebook’s “Like” button while logged in to your Facebook account, you can link content from our pages to your Facebook profile. Facebook can then associate your visit to our pages with your user account. As the website operator, we do not receive information about the content of the transmitted data or how Facebook uses it.

Facebook may use this information for advertising, market research and the needs-based design of Facebook pages. Further information is available in Facebook’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of Facebook before using our website.

8.7.2 Twitter

Our website may include plug-ins from the Twitter short-message network. You can identify Twitter plug-ins by the Twitter logo on our pages. When you open a page containing such a plug-in, a direct connection is established between your browser and Twitter’s server. Twitter thereby receives the information that your IP address visited our page. If you click the “Tweet” button while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link content from our pages to your Twitter profile. Twitter can then associate your visit to our pages with your user account. As the website operator, we do not receive information about the content of the transmitted data or how Twitter uses it.

If you do not want Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your account, please log out of Twitter.

8.7.3 LinkedIn

Our website may include plug-ins from the LinkedIn social network. You can identify LinkedIn plug-ins by the LinkedIn logo or the “Recommend” button on our pages. When you visit our pages, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and LinkedIn’s server. LinkedIn thereby receives the information that your IP address visited our page. If you click LinkedIn’s “Recommend” button while logged in to your LinkedIn account, you can link content from our pages to your LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn can then associate your visit to our pages with your user account. As the website operator, we do not receive information about the content of the transmitted data or how LinkedIn uses it.

8.8 Google AdSense

This website may use Google AdSense, a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) for embedding advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies, which are text files stored on users’ computers and enable analysis of website use. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website.

Information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website and the delivery of advertising formats may be transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Google may pass this information to its contractual partners. However, Google will not combine your IP address with other data it stores.

Users can prevent cookies from being installed by changing the relevant settings in their browser software. However, the provider notes that users may then be unable to use all functions of this service in full. By using this website, users consent to Google processing data collected about them in the manner and for the purpose described above.

8.9 Google Ads

Our website may use Google conversion tracking. If you reach https://www.puritee.ch via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Ads sets a cookie on your computer. These cookies expire after a predefined period and do not personally identify you. If you revisit certain pages of our website before the cookie expires, we and Google can see that you clicked an advertisement and were redirected to that page. The conversion cookie tells us the total number of users who clicked an advertisement and were redirected to a corresponding page. However, we do not receive personal information that could identify you as a user.

8.10 Facebook remarketing

Our pages may include remarketing tags from the Facebook social network. When you visit our pages, the remarketing tags establish a direct connection between your browser and Facebook’s server. Facebook thereby receives the information that your IP address visited our page and can associate the visit with your user account. We may use the resulting information to display Facebook Ads. As the website operator, we do not receive information about the content of the transmitted data or how Facebook uses it.

8.11 Google remarketing

Our pages may include remarketing tags from Google Inc. (“Google”). When you visit our website, a remarketing tag establishes a direct connection between your browser and Google. We receive information that your IP address visited our website via Google. We may use this information for targeted advertising.

8.12 Google Tag Manager

Our website may use Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. Google Tag Manager only implements tags; it does not set cookies or collect personal data. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect data, but it does not access that data. If deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

8.13 Mailchimp

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you provide your email address and may optionally enter your name. Your IP address and the date of registration are also stored; the latter is retained only as evidence in the event of misuse. We may use Mailchimp as the list provider for sending our newsletter. Mailchimp is a service offered by The Rocket Science Group, LLC. Data stored during registration is transmitted to Rocket in encrypted form and stored by Rocket. After registration, Mailchimp sends you an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Mailchimp also provides various ways to analyse how newsletters are opened and used. These analyses relate only to groups and are not used by us to evaluate individuals.

8.14 Google Analytics

This website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer and allow your use of the website to be analysed. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server. If IP anonymisation is activated on our website, Google will first shorten your IP address. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for the website operator and provide other services relating to website and internet use.

You can prevent cookies from being installed by changing the relevant settings in your browser software. However, please note that you may then be unable to use all functions of this website in full. By using this website, you consent to Google processing data collected about you in the manner and for the purpose described above.

8.15 Amendments

Amendments to this privacy policy will be published on this page. This allows you to find out at any time what data we store and how we collect and use it. You may save and/or print the privacy provisions here.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

9.1 All transactions and other legal relationships with us are governed by Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other international conventions do not apply. For contracts concluded for a purpose that cannot be attributed to the beneficiary’s professional or commercial activity (consumer contracts), this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

9.2 In business transactions with merchants or consumers, our registered place of business is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions and individual contracts concluded under them. In such cases, we are also entitled to bring proceedings at the customer’s place of residence or registered office.
