Ingredients:
- Lemon balm herb
- Thyme herb
- Oregano herb
- Orange peel
- Heather herb
- Chamomile flowers
- Hop cones
- Lavender flowers
Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Always prepare the infusion fresh.
